The system automatically records the process of pallet departure, delivery, and recycling through the code reading device set at the entrance and exit of the warehouse. If the pallet is not returned within the set time, the system will trigger a reminder and even start the fee settlement mechanism.
“Dual Label Mechanism” to Ensure Pallet Data Consistency
Considering that pallets are easily damaged during transportation, handling, and cleaning, our factory sticks two NFC tags on each pallet as a backup. The data of these two labels are exactly the same and have been encrypted. Even if one label is damaged, the other can ensure accurate data reading.
After the launch of this system, it helped customers increase the pallet recovery rate to more than 95%, greatly reducing the risk of pallet loss, while saving packaging costs and helping green environmental protection.
