What is RFID Card Protocol?
RFID Card protocol defines rules and standards for communication between RFID cards and readers, covering common ISO10536, ISO14443, ISO15693 and ISO18000.
Under the background of rapid economic globalization, traditional processing and manufacturing industries are also quietly changing. In order to improve production efficiency and optimize management processes, more and more textile and garment companies are actively applying RFID technology to accelerate the improvement of information management capabilities. Especially in fabric management, RFID-Inlays are gradually playing an irreplaceable role.
Intelligent fabric management starts from the source. From cotton planting, picking, processing, to packaging inspection, each link realizes information visualization monitoring through RFID Inlays. Through wireless radio frequency identification technology, the system can track the flow status of fabrics in real time, greatly saving human resources and time costs.
For example, a 13.56MHz RFID Inlay tag uses aluminum foil + PET material, has good durability, can be recycled 100.000 Mal, and has a reading distance of up to 10cm for high frequency and up to 6 Meter for ultra-high frequency, which can easily cope with high-frequency operations in fabric warehouses.
Previously, fabric management relied on manual registration, which was prone to information loss and query difficulties. The introduction of RFID technology encodes fabric information and writes it into RFID Inlays, which are attached to samples. This not only ensures data integrity, but also enables quick query, inventory counting, inbound and outbound records and other automated operations.
🔍 An operation diagram:
Initialize label → Write EPC code → Bind fabric → Activate security code → Put on shelves
The system supports modification and cancellation of RFID tag content, which is suitable for a variety of scenarios such as returns and scrapping, and is flexible and efficient.
| Project | Parameter Description |
|---|---|
| Arbeitsfrequenz | 13.56MHz / 860~960MHz |
| RF protocol | ISO14443A / ISO15693 / ISO18000-6C |
| Chiptyp | High frequency / ultra-high frequency optional |
| Lifespan | Can be written 100,000 times, storage up to 10 years |
| Antenna size | Round / square (such as 3013mm, 3417mm, etc.) |
| Material | Glossy paper / PVC / PET / PP |
| Leseabstand | High frequency: 2–10cm; UHF tag: up to 6m (depends on device) |
| Packaging form | 1000 pieces/roll, support customization |
Through the use of RFID Inlays and terminal equipment, the system can collect key data such as fabric entry, exit, return, inventory count, etc. in real time. No matter how large the order volume is or how short the delivery cycle is, it can be handled calmly. RFID tags’ anti-collision capability and high data storage capacity allow fabric management to say goodbye to chaos and enter the era of true “intelligent control”.
